CASIO watches come with a 24-month warranty, while PAGANI DESIGN models are covered for 12 months. All warranty servicing is performed at our own service center. Customer pays for shipping for warranty repairs.

You can pay for your order online by card or choose Cash on Delivery (COD). We cover the COD commission, so you only pay the cost of your order.

All watches are supplied with official documentation, serial numbers, and holograms. Each model comes with the manufacturer’s official warranty card. You can verify all serial numbers and documents at the post office before making your final payment.

We can adjust the bracelet in advance if you provide your wrist circumference and fit preferences. If your order is delivered by mail, adjustment instructions are included with the watch, or you can visit any local watch repair shop.

Yes, we have our own in-house service center. We provide warranty and post-warranty servicing, battery replacements, and bracelet adjustments.
