- The item retains its marketable condition and consumer properties.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (in rare cases requiring extra verification, this may take up to 30 business days).
- Refunds are issued to the exact same bank card or account used for the original purchase.
- We may request proof of payment (receipt or bank statement) and identity confirmation to process the refund securely.
Warranty Service
Your watch is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase, provided you have a correctly filled warranty card. Warranty repairs are performed free of charge by authorized service centers.
The following are completely normal and NOT considered defects:
- Natural wear and tear of the strap, bracelet, case, buttons, or coating over time.
- Slight deviations of the second hand (less than 0.5 of a scale division) or minor backlash of the minute/hour hands.
- Slight condensation forming on the inside of the glass due to sudden, drastic temperature changes.
The warranty does NOT cover (and becomes void) in the following cases:
- Signs of physical impact, mechanical damage, dents, deep scratches, broken glass, or torn bracelet mounts.
- Traces of unauthorized opening or repair outside of official service centers.
- Water damage resulting from ignoring the Water Resistance (WR) rating (e.g., swimming with a WR50 watch).
- Damage to the calendar mechanism caused by adjusting the date or time between 9:00 PM and 4:00 AM (when the automatic date change gears are engaged).
- Damage caused by dirt, insects, chemicals, or solvents getting inside the watch.
- Depleted batteries (power cells).
